Return and refund policy

We ship poppers worldwide - mainly to USA, Canada, Europe, Hongkong, SAE, Australia. Some of the countries are now suspended due to Covid transport restrictions (China, Hongkong, Taiwan, SAE..)

ATTENTION !!

- all deliveries to USA are suspended due to very long deliveries (2 months) caused by air transport delays (still Covid-wise). We wait until all shipments are delivered and see if the time has changed to usual 10-14 days.

RETURNS

As of our Terms and conditions according to EU law, you may return the goods back to our address within 14 days from delivery. Goods must be sealed and NOT opened in order to exchange it or return money.

IMPORTANT!!!

You are responsible for insuring that our products are legal in the area or country you are ordering from and having our products delivered to, we will not be held responsible if you break any laws by ordering from us.

In case your shipment was checked by your customs and seized, we give NO refunds nor send you new goods!

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are made in several cases:

1) If you order and pay, then you decide to cancel your order. In such case, 1 EUR is deducted due to bank charges.

2) If your order is returned back for the reason of "unclaimed order" or "wrong or missing address". We can either resend - you have to pay extra shipment charges, or give you goods refund - it means less transport charges.

3) If your order is returned by your customs. We can either resend - you have to pay extra shipment charges, or give you goods refund - it means less transport charges.
